All orders received by 2.00 pm are processed the same day.

Shipments are made by debiting the transport on the invoice when due (see the ).

On request it is possible to insure the goods, with charge on the invoice.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information relating to quality replacement products of equal or greater value, which you can decide to order. If you do not wish to place an order for these replacement products, we will reimburse you for any money already paid by you.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

MARK on receipt of goods, with a charge of € 4.10 per cash on delivery.
For invoicing of less than € 516.00, current account checks are accepted, non-transferable checks in Forlive s.r.l. For invoicing amounts over Euro 516.00, we only accept cashier's checks, registered in FORLIVE® srl

PAYPAL , by directly accessing the Paypal® account. The data relating to your account and your credit card will be managed directly by Paypal
BANK TRANSFER IN ADVANCE . The shipment is made upon receipt by fax (0543 579917) or email (ordini@forlive.com) of the bank account stamped and signed by your bank proving the payment in the agreed terms.

 

PURCHASE AS A GUEST

The function of purchasing products as a guest is also available on this site. With this purchase method, you will be asked only for those data that are essential to process your order. Upon completion of the purchase process, you will be offered the opportunity to register as a user or continue as a non-registered user.

PRICE

The price of the products is as indicated from time to time on our website, except where there is an obvious error. Although we are committed to doing everything in our faculties so that all the prices that appear on the site are correct, errors may occur. If we find errors in the price of the products you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you the option to reconfirm your order for the right amount or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled and you will be refunded the full amount paid.

The website prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which are to be added to the total amount to be paid if due, as indicated in the section Shipping Costs .

 

SHIPPING PROBLEMS MANAGEMENT

  • - DAMAGED, MISSING OR LOST HILLS
    Verify that the number of packages delivered is consistent with that indicated on the invoice. For any problem related to damaged and / or missing and / or lost packages, it is necessary to affix the signature for acceptance of the goods with "reserve".
    Complete and send the form via Fax: +39 0543 579917 and via e-mail to info@forlive.com , copy of the invoice and documentation relating to transport (freight forwarder slip signed with reservation).
  • - PRODUCTS MISSING OR NOT CONFORMING TO THE INVOICE .
    It is necessary to report within 10 days of receiving the package from Forlive srl, indicating the items that differ in terms of billing ( quantity, description).
    In all cases the logistics manager will carry out the necessary checks and will intervene by contacting the customer and agreeing on the most appropriate solutions.

 

METHOD OF EXERCISING UNCONDITIONAL WITHDRAWAL LAW

If you are contracting as a consumer, you will have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period referred to in the preceding paragraph ends after 14 days starting from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods or, in the case of multiple goods ordered through a single order and delivered separately, ends after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline of the withdrawal period.
